Longnose® E300PK-D20 dredging system is the world's first integrated dredging equipment converted from a pickup truck. It uses the truck engine as power to drive dredging robots and other equipment through full-power power take-offs and full-hydraulic power output systems.

The whole system consists of pickup truck, hydraulic power take-off system, equipment cabin and dredging robot cabin. The equipment cabin and the dredging robot cabin are installed above the vehicle chassis, and the hydraulic power take-off system is installed below the chassis. The hydraulic PTO draws power from the truck engine to provide hydraulic power to the hose winch, dredging robot, high pressure water pump, sump pump and the cab, both of which are mobile and can be automatically loaded and unloaded from the truck chassis.
The dredging robot consists of a crawler chassis, a multi-dimensional motion manipulator, a dredging pump, a high-pressure nozzle unit and an IP68 waterproof control cabin. Install a dredging pump and a high-pressure nozzle device on the manipulator to increase the dredging depth and range of the dredging robot. Multiple sets of pressure sensors are installed on the dredging pump and manipulator, enabling the dredging robot to carry out the dredging work automatically.
